3、参与电力系统仿真平台开发，验证AI模型的可行性与安全性；
4、与软件开发、硬件团队合作，推动AI模型的产品化部署；
5、协助完成公司业务需求设计；
任职要求：
1、统招全日制计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历（能力优秀者可以放宽至专科)；
2、3年以上Java开发经验，具备电力系统相关工作经验；
3、深入了解Java核心技术，如集合、多线程、I0、网络通信等；
4、熟悉SpringAI、SpringAi Alibaba、SpringCould、MyBatis、Dubbo、Redis、KafkaMQ、Elasticsearch等常用开源框架与组件，了解原理及实现；熟悉常用的设计模式；熟悉微服务、分布式系统相关概念及技术；
5、熟悉Ollama、百度千帆、阿里百炼、轨迹流动等模型托管平台特性；熟悉deepseek、qwen、gemini、claude、chat gpt等各类大模型提示词特性；
6、深入理解Agent模式开发；熟悉智能体编排技术；对RAG的数据切割、数据召回有过深度参与；
7、深入理解关系型数据库技术，至少掌握Mysql/Oracle/ SQLserver/Prostgres其中一种，良好的数据库设计能力，具备性能调优经验；
8、深入理解向量数据库技术及原理，至少掌握Milvus/MongoDB/Pinecone/Elasticsearch/PostgresVector其中一种，具备性能调优经验；
9、深入理解JVM原理和内存分析，有内存调优和解决内存溢出等相关经验优先；
10、熟悉Linux操作系统，具备良好的调试、线上诊断和性能调优能力；
11、良好的沟通协作能力，具有责任心，抗压且乐观，有团队合作精神，善于总结和分享；
12、有电力行业工作经验或GIS开发经验尤佳。
