Hunan Liguang Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, engineering implementation, and technical services of informatization and intelligent products for the power, water conservancy, and other energy industries. The company was founded in 2015 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its workplace is located in the State Grid Digital Park at the headquarters base in Tianxin District, Changsha, Hunan.

The company currently has a professional R&D and implementation team of more than 70 people, and more than 20 professional technical service teams. Power Grid Spatial Resource Platform: The Power Grid Spatial Resource Platform integrates multi-source data such as power grid equipment of all voltage levels, new energy, users, loads, and environmental meteorology of power enterprises to build a digital, visual, dynamic, and open shared platform. It provides a digital one-map of power grid equipment information, operating status, production management, planning and construction, as well as meteorology, hydrology, geology, resources, etc., supporting decision-making analysis applications of power grid resources in various specialties such as marketing, distribution, and dispatching, development, and safety supervision.
2. Same-Source Maintenance Application: The Same-Source Maintenance Application is based on the power grid resource business middle platform, aiming at the essential interconnection of marketing, distribution, and dispatching business data. Through work order-driven online collaboration of marketing, distribution, and dispatching specialties, it uses geographic maps as the entry point for integrated maintenance of marketing and distribution equipment, physical ID scanning, etc., realizing "less maintenance, maintenance-free, maintain in one place, use everywhere" for distribution network data. Same-source distribution network provides integrated graph-data modeling functions on mobile and desktop terminals, quickly realizing convenient, efficient, and standardized maintenance of primary and secondary power grid equipment, marketing user equipment, etc.
3. Graph-Model Center: According to the State Grid's informatization construction idea of "two systems and one platform", Hunan Company relies on the big data platform to build the provincial network platform Large IV Zone and support the application of the intelligent power supply service command platform. Distribution network graph-model is the data foundation for the practical application of Large IV Zone. By building a standardized graph-model center management module, it realizes standardized verification, graph optimization, thematic management, and application of distribution network graph-models, supporting the practical application of distribution network processes and graph-models in Large IV Zone.
4. Marketing-Distribution Interconnection Data Operation: Marketing-distribution interconnection is the key to solving the constraints on the company's power supply service capability and realizing cross-specialty efficient collaboration. According to the marketing modernization construction system of State Grid Corporation of China and the lean management requirements of smart grid, through establishing a dynamic and standardized "substation-line-transformer-user" topology relationship and same-source data management mechanism, it continuously improves the quality of marketing, distribution, and dispatching data, deepens the promotion of integrated marketing and distribution information applications, realizes normalized application of all functions, and comprehensively improves the lean management level of marketing and customer service capability.
5. Power Grid Thematic Map: With the goal of practical application of thematic maps, through standardized verification of distribution network graph-models, thematic map optimization, graph-model thematic management, and graph-model change management, it solves the current problems of inconsistent sources of distribution network graph-models, non-standard graph-models, unattractive graphics, and inapplicable functions, ensures the consistency of distribution network graph-models at the two levels of "provincial distribution digital platform" and "prefecture-level distribution automation master station", and facilitates practical application.

Distribution Network Grid Structure Quality Assessment and Distribution Automation Auxiliary Decision-Making: It integrates data such as power grid topology, equipment ledgers, distribution automation terminals, and power grid operation, conducts distribution network equipment analysis, 10kV distribution network grid structure analysis, load situation analysis, power supply quality analysis, and reliable operation analysis, follows the principles of distribution automation transformation, carries out precise analysis and application of distribution automation project requirements, and automatically generates effective coverage plans for line automation.
