Hunan Baoxin was founded in 2001 (formerly Changsha Tulong Design Company). With over two decades of deep cultivation and development, it has grown from a single design institution into a comprehensive engineering service platform focusing on new energy as a key development sector, covering new energy power, construction, planning and other fields. Relying on the group's full industry chain resources and core housing construction business advantages, it can provide integrated one-stop solutions for the entire process of project investment, design, construction, and operation. New energy is the company's key development sector and future core growth pole, focusing on wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage and other fields, with full-chain service capabilities. In 2024, it underwent strategic upgrading: it wholly acquired Hunan Jida Design Engineering Co., Ltd., and established a holding new energy investment company, opening a new pattern of dual-wheel drive of "construction + new energy". The company holds two Class A core qualifications in architectural design and planning design, as well as Class B qualifications in new energy power generation and substation engineering, and several municipal Class B special qualifications. It has been rated as a High-tech Enterprise and a provincial-level Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative enterprise, and has passed ISO9001 certification. Numerous engineering design works have won provincial and municipal excellent design awards. In January 2015, it was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) (securities abbreviation: Cloud Building, stock code: 831620), becoming the first batch in the industry and the first listed Class A design institute in Hunan, consistently ranking among the top ten private design institutes in China.
