Beijing Ronglian Yitong Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Ronglian), a national high-tech enterprise, is a professional intelligent communication cloud service provider.

Ronglian is headquartered in Beijing, with branches in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guiyang, Tokyo, and other places. Currently, it has more than 1,000 employees. It holds dozens of patent applications and hundreds of software copyrights, and has passed the CMMI5 certification.

Based on cloud computing and artificial intelligence technologies, Ronglian provides comprehensive communication and digital services for enterprises and government organizations, including CPaaS communication capabilities (voice, SMS, etc.), CC (intelligent cloud customer service and cloud contact center), UC&C (IM and enterprise mobile portal, dual recording, enterprise live streaming), and CV (visual intelligence industry solutions). In November 2020, Ronglian completed a $125 million Series F financing round, led by China State-owned Capital Venture Capital Fund (referred to as 'Guofeng Venture Fund'), with participation from New Oriental Industry Fund, Mirae Asset, Lanteng Capital, CloudAlpha, and other strategic and financial investors.

In February 2021, Ronglian Cloud Communications was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
