1. 精通Java生态体系：
- 深入理解JVM内存管理机制，具备性能调优实战经验
- 熟练使用Spring Cloud Alibaba全家桶（Nacos/Sentinel/Seata等）
- 掌握多线程编程、分布式事务处理等核心技术
2. 分布式架构经验：
- 5年以上微服务架构开发经验，熟悉服务治理*佳实践
- 熟练使用Docker/K8s进行容器化部署，了解Service Mesh架构
- 具有高并发系统设计经验，熟悉限流/熔断/降级策略
3. 数据层技术：
- 精通MySQL/Oracle数据库优化，具有千万级数据调优经验
- 熟练使用Redis集群方案，掌握缓存穿透/雪崩解决方案
- 熟悉MongoDB等NoSQL数据库应用场景
4. 工程化能力：
- 熟悉CI/CD全流程，具有Jenkins/GitLab CI实战经验
