工作描述

1、参与需求讨论，参与或直接负责系统架构设计；

2、负责核心系统的服务端开发工作；

3、有能力负责一个项目或产品的技术工作；

4、负责相关模块的开发和改进，保证系统性能和稳定性。

5、完成上级安排的其它工作及其他部门配合工作。

职位要求:

1、3年以上开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业；

2、Java基础扎实：熟练掌握数据结构、具有较好JavaIO、多线程、网络等方面的编程能力，了解JVM的原理，包括内存模型、类加载机制

3、精通SpringCloud、SpringBoot、MyBatis等主流开源框架，对优秀开源软件的源码有心得者优先；

4、熟悉常见的中间件、分布式解决方案及其原理：分布式缓存、SOA、消息中间件，负载均衡、连接池等；对于K8S云原生体系的相关理念、技术都熟知者优先；

5、具有较强的需求分析能力，善于捕捉业务需求、架构设计中存在的问题，并给出有效的技术解决方案；

6、具有很强的分析和解决复杂问题的能力，有强烈的责任心和使命感，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力；
