三凤桥食品生产的三凤桥酱排骨为无锡*土特产，沿袭近百年的传统配方与现代生产工艺完美结合，它以色泽酱红、香味浓郁、骨酥肉烂、油而不腻为特色，为居家旅游、馈赠亲友之佳品。目前生产新鲜、真空包装、保鲜包装三大熟食系列共200多个品种，行销全国二十多个大中城市。三凤桥酱排骨烹制工艺已被列为首批江苏省非物质文化遗产目录，成为了江南吴地间的美食代表，并于2012年登上央视舌尖上的中国，风靡全国。
