衢州市城市建设投资集团有限公司，成立于2002年，是经衢州市人民政府批准组建的国有独资企业。2015年，根据《衢州市级国有企业整合重组及管理体制机制改革实施方案》（衢委办发【2014】25号）精神，组建成立集团公司；2018年9月，根据《深化市级国有企业市场化改革方案》（衢委办发【2018】25号）文件精神，经整合重组，成为市属三大国有企业。
目前，城投集团实行“1+8+6”框架体系和运行模式，即1个经营班子，8个内设部室（综合办公室、党群工作部、人力资源部、财务资产部、工程管理部、投资发展部、内审部、纪检监察室），6家全资子公司，5家参股公司，拥有干部职工600余人。
