青岛中科山建科技产业城开发建设有限公司成立于2018年11月，注册资本5000万元，现有专业技术人员30余人。目前在莱西市开发建设有中科产业城项目，属于青岛市重点项目，该项目总用地面积为28.2公顷，规划总建筑面积30万平方米，采用“科研院所+基金+企业+园区”的创新模式。规划为中科院育成产业孵化器、加速器及技术转化、应用配套厂房，能吸纳引进中科院院士、*人才、博士等团队技术研发及成果就地转化应用，同时，园区新式厂房能为莱西乃至青岛中小企业提供优质的运营服务和技术平台。
