【任职要求】
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8年以上软件开发经验，有管理经验优先；
2、数据结构、算法、JAVA基础扎实，业务理解能力强优先；熟悉多线程编程，分布式，缓存，消息队列等机制；熟悉JVM；
3、熟悉分布式系统，对分布式系统、分布式数据库、分布式文件系统等有深刻的理解，能够实现高并发和高可用的分布式系统架构，有高并发场景处理经验；
4、熟悉常用数据库技术，例如MySQL,Oracle等，能够设计和优化数据库表结构，熟悉SQL语句优化；
5、熟悉性能优化，具有性能优化方案设计和实现经验，能够对系统进行性能调优，分析系统瓶颈。
6、有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，责任心强，善于学习，善于沟通和表达，有良好的团队合作意识。
