Keda Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2002 (stock code: 600499). In July 2022, Keda Manufacturing successfully issued GDRs and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (stock code: KEDA), becoming one of the first four Chinese companies to list in Switzerland. The company's main businesses include building materials machinery, overseas building materials, and strategic investment cultivation businesses such as lithium battery materials and new energy equipment. In 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of 17.389 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.01%, of which overseas revenue was 11.697 billion yuan, accounting for about 67%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.309 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.07%. The company has over 20,000 employees, of whom over 13,000 are overseas. The company has been awarded honors such as National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, and National Manufacturing Single Champion, and many of its subsidiaries have been recognized as National 'Little Giant' Specialized and Innovative Enterprises, leading technological progress in the industry. In the field of building materials machinery, Keda Manufacturing is the only enterprise in Asia with the capability to supply complete ceramic machinery production lines for the entire plant, ranking first in Asia and second in the world in comprehensive strength, and is a leading enterprise in the global ceramic machinery industry. It owns three well-known ceramic machinery brands: 'KEDA', 'HLT|DLT', and 'ICF & Welko'. Through the combination of 'equipment + accessories and consumables + services', the company extends the service chain vertically, aiming to become a 'global building ceramic production service provider', with over 120 global service outlets, covering more than 80 countries and regions, creating value for global customers. In the field of overseas building materials, the company firmly implements the 'big building materials' strategy, building a diversified business structure of 'ceramics + glass + sanitary ware', and creating an internationally competitive large overseas building materials group. As of the end of 2025, the company's overseas building materials business operates 21 architectural ceramic production lines, 2 glass production lines, and 2 sanitary ware production lines in 7 African countries: Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Senegal, Zambia, Cameroon, and Côte d'Ivoire. Lithium salt investment is carried out through a 48.58% equity stake in salt lake lithium extraction company Lanke Lithium, which currently has an annual production capacity of 41,000 tons of lithium carbonate, making it an important force in China's salt lake lithium extraction.
