新乡中益发电有限公司生物质热电联产项目位于长垣县常村镇新长北线18号，规划建设1X30MW生物质热电联产机组，本项目于2017年6月6日获得长垣县发改委下发的核准批复；2018年1月19日，被*能源局列入全国“百个城镇”生物质热电联产县域清洁供热示范项目。2018年10月16日，长垣益通生物质热电有限公司注册成立，全面负责生物质热电项目的开发、建设和运营。
