上海日胜文创成立于2020年，前身是阁林文创成立于1989年。是台湾*早将国际艺术图书引进，开启民众进入艺术之门的出版社之一，目前 主要出版书籍范围涵盖艺术、旅游、儿童、生活等类别。
图书之外也与媒体合作，参与各项艺术展览，开发设计其衍生性商品，并负责纪念品商店之规划与管理。曾参与之展览如：与中国时报合作的黄金印像－奥塞美术馆珍藏展、王者之王－拿破仑大展；与国立历史博物馆合作的兵马俑?秦文化特展、印度古文明特展；与联合报合作的奇美美术馆「世纪的新生」展览、「花样年华-法国绘画三百年展」等等，以及阁林独立举办的「波隆纳世界插画大展」 。专业负责的处事风格，赢得各界的肯定。
2016在上海k11成立阁林书店，在不远处，就在呼吸间。
