OCT Property (Group) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of OCT Group, a large central enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The company was established in December 1995. It was among the first batch of units to obtain the national first-class property management enterprise qualification and the Grade A qualification for property management enterprises in Shenzhen. It is currently a vice president unit of the Shenzhen Property Management Industry Association and the Guangdong Property Management Industry Association, and a council member unit of the China Property Management Association.
