光泽圣新能源建设地点为福建省南平市光泽县王家际，本项目为生物质热电联产项目，项目用地100亩，规划建设2;75生物质循环流化床锅炉+2;12抽凝式汽轮发电机组及配套设施,计划投资3.4亿元。

本项目主要利用鸡粪谷壳混合物、农林废弃物等生物质燃料直燃发电和供热，产生的灰、渣全部综合利用。

福建省圣新环保股份有限公司(原：福建省圣新能源股份有限公司）成立于2012年7月，2015年8月进行了股份制改革，并于2016年6月挂牌新三板（股票名称：圣新环保，代码：837809）。本公司由福建省圣农控股集团有限公司、平潭新思路投资发展有限公司、自然人傅露芳女士投资成立，注册资本为人民币1亿元。本公司一期建设规模为2;15汽轮发电机组+2;75循环流化床锅炉，二期为1;8汽轮发电机组+1;75循环流化床锅炉。
