肇东华庆新能源有限公司是黑龙江庆翔企业管理集团有限公司旗下的全资子公司，占地14万平方米，于2019年9月20日开工建设，项目建设规模为2台130／高温超高压生物质循环流化床锅炉，配套1台80高温超高压一次再热抽凝式汽轮发电机组。总投资约为6.5亿元人民币。计划2020年12月末投产运行后，每年可消化处理玉米秸秆及各种农林废弃物达50万吨，生产绿色电能4.8亿，实现产值3亿多元，为地方政府创税2000多万元，直接或间接提供就业岗位近2000个，减排二氧化碳约57.6万吨。
