河北中科同创钒钛科技有限公司成立于2017年3月，注册资本1亿元，坐落于衡水高新技术产业开发区，由衡水同创企业管理有限公司（系衡水高新区管委会全资公司）和中国科学院过程工程研究所共同成立，是新能源新材料钒钛全系基地；该基地占地103亩，投资2.7亿元。依托中科院过程所具有自主知识产权的先进技术，开展钒钛资源清洁高效、综合利用及产品高值化研究，形成了钒电池电解液、钒电池电堆、超低硫磷含钒铁制品、钛系列产品。
