衡水安定医院是以治疗精神心理及睡眠障碍为特色的二级专科医院。精神心理科及睡眠医学中心为我院重点发展学科。 医院设有230张床位，设五个病区：一病区为临床心理科病区，收治更年期、神经官能症、学生心理障碍患者为主。二病区为：睡眠医学科，治疗各种失眠患者。三、四病区为男女精神科病区，收治各类精神病患者，五病区为残疾托养中心，接收符合国家政策的精神及智力残疾人。
