Yongtuo Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yongtuo") was established in 1993, approved by the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China. It is the only enterprise in China jointly initiated and established by the Audit Research Institute of the National Audit Office and professional consultants. In 1997, it was approved by the Ministry of Finance as an international member firm. In 1999, approved by the National Audit Office and the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, it was decoupled and restructured into a limited liability company with a registered capital of 5.6 million yuan. In 2013, in accordance with relevant regulations of the Ministry of Finance, it was converted into a special general partnership with a registered capital of 12.6 million yuan. In January 2017, the registered capital was increased to 18.3 million yuan. The registered address is 13th Floor, Building 2, No. 1 Guandongdian North Street, Dongdaqiao Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
After 24 years of development, Yongtuo has achieved three major leaps: standardization, groupization, and internationalization, and has grown into one of the most powerful and promising accounting firms in China. Since 2003, it has been listed in the national top 100 accounting firms published by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants for 14 consecutive years. In 2016, it ranked 28th, and ranked 6th in the China Securities Regulatory Commission announcement.
Yongtuo has a professional team with high quality and excellent service. It currently has 984 employees, including 490 practicing certified public accountants, more than 280 with intermediate and senior professional technical titles, and more than 10 international certified internal auditors. In addition, it also has a number of overseas talents, including certified public accountants from the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.
