公司坐落在安徽省明光市精细化工集中区纬二路，占地面积200余亩，投资约3.6亿元（其中供热管网约2千万元）。建设有1台30高温超高压中间再热汽轮发电机组，配1台130高温超高压循环流化床锅炉，同时在厂内预留1台30生物质锅炉用于供热备用炉。机组2018年9月开工建设，2020年1月19日完成首次并网发电，2021年3月份正式向园区企业供热。
