任职要求：
1. 计算机等相关专业，本科以上学历3年以上Java开发工作经验，具备高并发、分布式系统的设计和开发经验，开发团队管理经验；
2. 精通Java，对JVM、多线程、网络、设计模式、数据结构与算法等有深入理解；
3. 掌握Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Dubbo、Mybatis等开源框架，熟悉缓存、消息队列、zookeeper、Elasticsearch等分布式系统相关技术，深入研究过一种以上开源框架源码；
4. 对MySQL数据库有深入了解，能编写高性能SQL并进行优化，熟悉Redis等NoSQL存储方式，了解NewSQL分布式数据库者优先；
5. 在大流量、高并发场景下设计技术架构，并进行负载均衡、集群、容灾备份、高可用、水平扩展等设计；
6. 熟悉云原生架构和微服务设计理念，有Docker、Kubernetes、Mesos等容器技术使用经验，了解Service mesh技术优先；
7. 对新技术、新方向保持敏感，对技术充满热情，有地产行业相关技术经验者优先。
