2017年8月，在浙江省委省政府“加快海洋港口一体化”战略决策和省海港集团“一体两翼多联”总体布局下，整合组建了浙江海港嘉兴港务有限公司，注册资本254745万元。现已建成外海生产性泊位27个，已利用岸线5871米，内河泊位64个，配套陆域面积约4853亩，相应配备有桥吊、门机、龙门吊等大型设备百余台。拥有所属企业18家，从业人员1770余人。截止2024年底，总资产达116亿元，2024年完成货物吞吐量10068万吨。
