岗位职责：
1.基于工作需求完成Agent方向训练数据生产，包括但不限于协助需求方完成日常数据生产，达成相关模型训练和优化效果;
2.负责prompt生产过程的制定以及不断迭代优化(包含数据分析、调优prompt,重新定义场景和目标等)能通过PE代码完成数据预处理、分析和清洗,探索更高效的数据生产方式；
3.负责大模型相关数据的标注或质检工作，确保数据的准确性和一致性，对标注结果进行分析，提出改进标注效果的建议和策略;
4.熟练利用各种联网知识库，检查模型生成产物中的信息准确性;
5.了解大模型前沿训练信息,关注行业的发展方向；完成临时交办的其他工作。

岗位需求：
1.基础项:有良好的理解与需求分析能力，能够分析理解数据核心需求与要解决的问题，能够清晰准确地解释对应原因；
2.Agent产品深度使用者，具备PE能力,能够独立设计prompt策略形成工作流程,提高数据生产的质量和效率；了解Agent产品，理解think-tool的调用流程
3.技术栈要求：熟悉js，HTML等前端相关技术；除前端技术栈外，有至少一种如Python等主流后端语言的开发经验;
4.对前端UI的美观性有一定见解;做过RM打分、能够对模型生成的结果进行多维度的问题评估。
复合型人才优先（偏向文本+一定的代码能力）
