岗位职责：
1、以骨干开发身份，参与维护公司业务系统的设计和迭代，促进公司业务发展。
2、对现有公司系统问题进行梳理，提供优化方案，推动方案落地。
3、配合业务，产品输出产品方案，引导业务及产品给出符合公司需要的产品方案。
4、作为部分项目的研发PM，使用项目管理的手段推动具体项目保质保量落地；
5、配合主管输出研发规范，输出技术设计文档。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，7年以上工作经验；
2、扎实的java基础知识功底，熟悉Spring MVC、Mybatis 等框架的实现原理和相关应用场景；
3、熟练 RPC 远程调用的相关开源框架：Dubbo、zookeeper、netty，精通netty框架原理的优先考虑；
4、熟悉socket编程以及java Nio编程或Nio框架编程，熟悉多线程和线程池的相关实现原理；
5、熟悉对redis，Mysql等，对相关存储高可用高性能架构有足够认知。
6、熟悉jvm并了解性能调优的相关知识；
7、有知名互联网大厂经验者优先；
8、有金融行业开发经验者优先；
9、有大型开发项目落地经验优先；
10、有架构设计经验优先。
