洛阳银行前身是洛阳市商业银行，2009年3月，经中国银监会批准，更名为洛阳银行。目前，洛阳银行在郑州、三门峡、焦作、许昌、平顶山、信阳、南阳、安阳、鹤壁、驻马店设立了10家分行，分支机构数量163家，员工人数3000余人，总资产2400多亿元；发起设立了3家村镇银行、1家金融租赁公司。近年来，洛阳银行跻身河南省百强企业、中国服务业企业500强、全球1000家大银行行列，多次被地方政府评为“服务地方经济发展先进单位”等荣誉称号。
