熟练使用spring框架和常用的设计模式，java基础扎实，有分布式系统比如 dubbo或springCloud框架使用经验等开发经验，有基于高并发、商城开发经验以及券平台开发优先精通使用redis/rocketMQ/oracle 数据库调优经验、掌握垃圾回收机制有jvm调优以及线上问题解决经验
岗位职责:
1.负责系统分析与设计工作，承担代码编写，开发与维护系统模块；
2.能够独立完成分配的任务；任职资格:1.Java基础扎实，至少3年以上java开发经验；熟练掌握spring,springmvc,spring cloud的原理及应用；
3.至少熟练一种数据库mysql或oracle,熟练sql优化；
4.至少掌握一种非关系型数据库，redis,mongodb,memcache;
5.逻辑清晰，思维清晰，具有软件工程意识，代码规范，具备良好的分析，理解，解决问题的能力；
6.良好的学习能力和对技术的追求精神，良好的团队协作能力，积极主动，乐观接受挑战，能承担工作压力
7.熟练分布式，多线程的优先考虑；
