3、负责封装工艺改善、良率提升、降低成本、解决异常；

5、建立失效分析流程，量产工艺维护；
6、及时完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、三年及以上封装同工序（DP/DB/WB/MK/BM/SS/AVI）工艺相关工作经验；
3、具有相关设备管理与维护，工程分析与报告等基本技能；
4、熟悉SPC/DOE工程分析工具，对制造工艺控制系统具有一定经验；
5、良好的英语读写能力，良好的沟通表达能力，执行力强；
6、熟练使用Office办公软件。
