广西糖业集团金光制糖有限公司始建于1976年，是国有大型制糖企业集团—广西糖业集团的全资子公司，广西农垦骨干企业之一。公司座落于南宁市西乡塘区坛洛镇金光农场内，距广西首府南宁市60公里，毗邻左、右江畔，水陆交通便利；公司占地面积662亩，注册资本2162.3万元，固定资产4.55亿元，现有在岗员工334人，其中各类专业技术人员52人。制糖生产采用压榨法提汁，亚硫酸法清净工艺，公司经过30多年对设备的挖潜改造和技术革新，现日处理甘蔗量达到8000吨。
