2、为大并发实时处理系统和内容管理平台设计和实现高性能、可扩展、高可用性的架构。

3、与开发团队紧密合作，提供技术支持和指导，确保代码质量和*佳实践。

4、分析和优化系统性能，确保用户体验的流畅。

5、跟踪和研究行业*新技术，推动团队技术进步。

6、与项目管理和其他团队合作，确保项目按时交付。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。

2、至少8年Java开发经验，具有大型系统的架构经验。

3、精通Java及相关技术栈（如Spring Boot, Spring Cloud等）。

4、有大并发、高可用系统设计和优化经验。

5、精通常见的数据库、缓存、消息队列等中间件（Kafka，Redis，Nginx等）

6、良好的团队合作和沟通能力，有领导力和主导大型项目的经验。

熟悉云计算、大数据相关的开发知识和技能者优先。

> 熟悉或了解AWS EMR或阿里云EMR等大数据处理平台的使用和开发；

> 熟悉或了解AWS Redshift或阿里云Hologress等数仓平台的使用和开发；

> 熟悉或了解hive、spark、Flink、Flume等云计算常用工具的使用和开发；

7、有音乐或媒体行业背景者优先。
