岗位职责：
1.识别职业安全相关国家安全生产的法律法规技术标准，评估差距并严格执行安全监管工作；
2.起草/参与并维护职业安全相关管理程序和操作规程，例如隐患排查、承包商管理、特殊作业等；
3.建立、维护并推广职业安全相关各个要素，例如隐患上报、机械安全、坠落预防、LOTO等，参与安全体系构建工作；
4.更新和维护外部政府平台，例如化学品登记系统、全生命周期平台、特殊作业申报，承包商管理系统等；
5.根据员工/承包商EHS胜任力的需求，编制职业安全相应培训素材和课程，开展各类形式的培训工作，确保培训的效果；
6.参与各类技改、施工项目方案的讨论，识别技改、施工中的风险点，制定对应的安全控制措施；
7.参与各类内外部检查，执行前期的准备工作，记录过程中的发现项，并追踪验证整改情况；
8.负责所属区域的日常安全巡查，辨识存在的风险和隐患，并根据法规标准要求提出合理化的管控措施和整改建议，并追踪验证整改情况；
9.对所属区域的作业活动进行作业观察，并参与开展作业危害分析（JHA）等风险评估工作；
10.许可证作业的预防措施，检查预防措施落实情况，进行作业期间的安全巡查；
11.组织或参与所属区域EHS事故事件的调查工作，发现事故的系统原因，制定纠正和预防措施，编制事故调查报告和事故警示，防止事故的再次发生；
12.协助所需区域开展应急演练工作，参与各类演练方案的编制，参与应急演练；
13.对所属区域员工开展EHS相关培训和转培训；
14.参与并监督所属区域部门班组安全活动的执行。

任职要求:
1. 教育经历：化学工程与工艺、安全工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.有1年以上相关安全管理工作经验。
