岗位职责
一、上市后临床研究项目管理
1、负责上市后临床研究项目（Phase IV、真实世界研究、观察性研究等）的日常管理与推进；
2、协助制定研究方案、CRF、统计分析计划及研究报告；
3、跟踪项目进度、预算及质量，确保研究按时、高质量交付；
二、医学与科学支持
1、收集并分析上市后临床数据，支持产品医学价值建立；
2、协助医学证据生成，用于学术推广、市场准入及生命周期管理；
3、参与学术会议、专家访谈及KOL合作项目。
三、跨部门协作
1、与医学事务、药物警戒、市场、法规及商业团队协同合作；
2、对接并管理外部CRO、研究中心及供应商；
3、支持研究中心启动、监察及研究过程中的问题解决；
四、合规与质量管理
1、确保所有研究符合GCP、ICH及NMPA相关法规要求；
2、配合药物警戒团队处理安全性信息与不良事件报告；
3、支持稽查、检查及质量管理相关工作。
任职要求：
1、医学、药学、临床医学、生物学等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先；
2、3–6年以上制药/生物医药行业临床研究或医学事务经验；
3、有上市后研究、真实世界研究或观察性研究经验优先；
4、熟悉GCP、ICH及中国临床研究法规；
5、具备较强项目管理与跨部门沟通能力；
6、良好的中英文文献阅读与医学写作能力；
7、责任心强，具备优秀的执行力与团队合作意识。
