【职位简介】
加入我们的AIGC核心团队，从系统架构到模型落地，全程参与打造下一代AI应用。你将不仅仅是写代码的人，更是用技术定义AI应用边界的探索者。

【岗位职责】
1、主导AIGC应用系统的架构设计与技术选型，为产品方向提供技术判断力
搭建并迭代AIGC应用基础框架，打造可复用的工程底座，提升团队研发效率；
2、负责核心业务逻辑的研发与持续优化，将大模型能力高效落地为稳定可用的产品功能，并沉淀技术文档；
3、推动大模型调用性能与准确度的持续提升，通过测试体系、Prompt调优、链路优化等手段，让AI输出又快又准

【我们需要你具备】
1、计算机、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上软件开发经验，其中至少1年AIGC应用或后端开发经验，负责过toB业务；
2、精通Python，代码功底扎实，对代码质量有追求；熟悉至少一种Web框架（FastAPI / Django / Flask）；
3、有Prompt工程实战经验，理解调优思路和评估方法，熟悉至少一种向量数据库（Milvus、ChromaDB等）；
4、熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex等主流AI开发框架，有Agent或MCP开发经验，了解智能体架构设计与工具调用机制；
5、结果导向，Ownership强：能主动发现问题、推动解决，不满足于"做完"，追求"做好"，沟通清晰，协作顺畅，乐于在团队中分享和成长；

1、有项目管理或技术管理经验
2、有大规模后端系统性能优化的实战经历
3、在AI/LLM领域有独立的技术博客或开源贡献
