岗位职责
1、参与产品设计、需求分析，参与编写详细设计及开发文档、制定开发及测试计划；
2、参与相关产品在各个阶段的文档编写；
3、负责公司产品服务端项目架构的搭建；
4、负责相关产品的核心代码开发与实现，开发可维护性强的代码；
5、负责前瞻性技术钻研，技术难点攻关，解决项目中遇到的技术难题，指导团队其他技术人员工作。
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，年龄35岁以下；
2、精通Java，有1年以上的相关项目的后端开发经验，可以独立构建简单项目；
3、扎实的计算机理论基础、良好的面向对象分析与设计能力，精通数据结构、系统架构设计，熟悉常用应用系统架构和软件研发流程；
4、熟悉MVC、ORM框架，精通Java、JSP、Servlet、JavaBean、Web Service、JavaScript、AJAX等开发技术，精通Struts、Spring、MyBatis等框架，对JVM、多线程、网络IO、锁机制有深入理解及实践经验，能指导开发人员进行WEB应用开发；
5、熟练使用Oracle、MySql等数据库进行应用开发，熟悉数据库原理以及常用性能优化技术；
6、精通串口、TCP/IP、HTTP等网络协议，掌握网络优化关键；
7、良好的沟通能力，有团队合作精神和主动意识，学习能力强，执行力强，能承受高压工作；
8、有高并发、高性能、高可用大型网站构建经验者优先；
9、有物联网开发、平台开发工作经验优先。
