岗位职责：
1.安全管理体系落地：负责公司安全生产标准化、双重预防机制的建设与日常维护，制定并监督执行各项安全操作规程。
2.现场安全监管：针对涂布车间、化学品仓库、危废暂存间等重点区域，开展日常安全、消防、环保巡查与隐患排查，跟踪整改闭环。
3.危化品与工艺安全：负责化学品的MSDS管理、存储、使用及废弃的全流程安全监督。对涂布等关键工艺进行安全风险辨识与管控。
4.环保与废弃物管理：确保废气、废水合规处理；负责危险废物和一般工业固废的规范化分类、贮存、台账记录及处置对接。
5.应急与培训：组织编制应急预案，定期开展消防、化学品泄漏等应急演练；组织全员安全、环保培训，特别强化一线作业人员的岗位风险意识与技能。
6.合规性对接：保持与政府安监、环保、消防等部门的沟通，确保公司运营符合各项法律法规要求，并完成相关申报与备案工作。

岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工、高分子材料等相关专业优先。
2.3年以上制造业EHS工作经验，具有化工、涂布、胶粘制品、新材料或类似涉及化学品使用行业背景者优先。
3.熟悉《安全生产法》、《消防法》、《环境保护法》、《固体废物污染环境防治法》以及危化品管理、涂装作业安全等相关法规标准。
4.掌握危险源辨识（JHA/SCL）、隐患排查治理、事故调查分析等方法。
5.了解ISO 45001、ISO 14001管理体系框架。
6.责任心与原则性强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力，熟练使用Office办公软件。
