Guiyang Architectural Survey and Design Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Geotechnical Engineering Survey Branch of Guiyang Architectural Design Institute and the Foundation Engineering Company, established in 1979 and 1994 respectively. In 2002, the two units were restructured into enterprises and merged to form a limited liability company with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guizhou Jiankan Enterprise Group. It is a comprehensive engineering survey and design unit with comprehensive Grade A engineering survey; Grade A architectural engineering design; Grade A professional qualifications in municipal industry (water supply engineering, drainage engineering, road engineering, bridge engineering, urban tunnel); Grade B professional qualifications in municipal industry (urban gas engineering, heating engineering, public transport engineering, environmental sanitation engineering); Grade B landscape architecture design; Grade A urban and rural planning; Grade A engineering consulting; Grade A geological disaster control engineering construction and geological disaster risk assessment; Grade 2 professional contracting for foundation engineering; engineering survey labor services; Grade B land planning; Grade A energy conservation assessment and other qualifications.
