The company's founder, Shen Chongfei, born in 1971, graduated from the Department of Physics at Tsinghua University and obtained a master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Princeton University, as well as a double doctorate in Electrical Engineering and Philosophy. Dr. Shen Chongfei is a national specially appointed expert. He founded Juge Technology in 2008 with a registered capital of 75 million yuan.
