常州天宁丽华爱心护理院于2017年由常州市民政局批准为民办非企业提供老年人的养老康复服务的社会福利机构，2017年6月正式运营。我院位于常州市天宁区茶山街道丽华二村虹园内，生态环境优美，自然景色秀丽。我院目前150张床位。目前有在职医师10人，其中中医师2人，口腔医师2人，临床医师6人。执业护士19人。在这里自然环境优美，院内绿树成荫，绿篱、花坛、景观鱼池、青草地、长寿亭、环境优美，洁清雅致。开业两年多，除异地短期疗养和康复出院的老人外，长期入住在院的老人有80多人。采取医养相结合的经营模式进行经营。在服务过程中我们本着老人*为服务宗旨，以住、养、医、乐为中心，为入住者提供全方位的服务。
