Hangzhou Fudan Children's Hospital is a specialized children's hospital established with the assistance of experts from top-tier children's hospitals, including Chen Zhaowen from the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Huang Yong, Chen Guangjie, Feng Zhigang, and Zhang Tongrui from the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Professor Zhu Xiaohua and Director Zhang Ping from the Child Mental Health Professional Committee of Zhejiang Psychological Health Association, Shao Qimin from Hangzhou Children's Hospital, and Zhang Qin, Chief Physician of Pediatrics at Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital. These experts initially planned to establish the hospital according to tertiary-level pediatric standards.
