辽宁抚顺市城市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目，是具有百年历史的辽宁抚顺矿业集团与重庆市国有大型企业三峰环境产业集团（股票代码：601827）共同开发建设的生活垃圾焚烧发电项目。项目座落在享有“煤都”之称的辽宁省抚顺市，距离市区*近的望花区5公里。总投资57483万元，采用模式，全生命周期为30年，其中建设期2年，运营期28年。设计日处理能力1200吨，建设两条600吨天的生活垃圾焚烧炉及余热锅炉，配套2*15中温次高压汽轮发电机组。于2020年7月开始动工建设，计划2021年10月并网发电，建成后年处理垃圾43.8万吨，年上网电量1.6亿度。
