Founded in 2008, Norman is an innovation-driven enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, marketing, and service of medical devices, providing comprehensive lifecycle operations for life and health. The company has obtained over 140 authorized intellectual property rights and has been recognized as a High-tech Enterprise and a National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise. In recent years, it has also received honors such as 'Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Center,' 'Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center,' 'Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award,' and 'Nanjing Cultivated Unicorn,' and has established a Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base and a Nanjing University Employment Internship Base.

Among its achievements, the PCT (procalcitonin) antibody has obtained international patent authorization (European Patent No. 16820699.3; U.S. Patent No. US 10,882,900 B2), being one of only two related patents globally, laying a solid foundation for the company's IVD product quality traceability and solving the industry's 'bottleneck' challenges, forming multiple series of independent intellectual property products. Additionally, the company has established reagent R&D, medical device instrument R&D, and registration and regulatory affairs departments.
To deepen technical cooperation with domestic and international universities and large teaching hospitals, the company has established a Medical-Engineering Integration Innovation Center platform, promoting successful technology transformation through clinical collaboration, engineering technology development, and the provision of special funds.
The company's R&D products focus on three major directions: clinical hospital IVD testing, home health and anti-aging, and clinical instruments and therapeutics. In the domestic market, it currently covers 30% of top-tier hospitals, providing testing services in areas such as pediatric respiratory infections, myocardial infarction and heart failure, thrombosis, and tumors. In the overseas market, approximately 180 products have obtained EU CE certification, exported to over thirty countries including Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, and across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa, with companies gradually being established in the Philippines, Indonesia, and other countries.
