As one year ends, all things renew. XVERSE was founded in Shenzhen in early 2021 and is an AI-driven one-stop platform for 3D content production and consumption. The company independently developed "device-cloud collaborative" 3D interactive technology and 3D AIGC capabilities, creating a new metaverse experience that is zero-threshold (light), one-stop (fast), and high-quality (beautiful), helping entertainment, marketing, social networking, e-commerce, and other industries move toward 3D and advancing the vision of everyone freely "defining your world."

The company founder, Yao Xing, is former Vice President of Tencent, a member of the Ministry of Science and Technology's New Generation Artificial Intelligence Strategic Advisory Committee, and founder of both Tencent AI Lab and Tencent Robotics X Lab.

In March 2022, the company completed Series A and A+ financing totaling US$120 million. Investors include Tencent, Gaorong Capital, Five Source Capital, Hillhouse Ventures, Sequoia China, Temasek, and CPE Yuanfeng.

XVERSE independently developed "device-cloud collaborative" 3D interactive technology, integrating multiple core technologies such as graphics, high-performance computing and storage systems, audio and video codecs, real-time communication, and artificial intelligence, breaking through the limitations of traditional device-only or cloud-only solutions, including long production cycles, high barriers to entry, and high usage costs.

The company launched three types of commercial solutions for marketing metaverse, industry metaverse, and social metaverse (2B), as well as personal solutions for multiple scenarios such as blessings and commemorations (2C).
