岗位职责

4. 参与产品全生命周期开发，从需求分析、技术选型到上线迭代，持续优化用户体验，针对海外用户习惯进行本地化功能开发；
5. 跟踪Android前沿技术与AI移动端应用趋势，推动团队技术升级，提升开发效率与代码质量；
6. 配合海外市场、运营团队，快速响应产品反馈，提供技术支持并推动问题闭环。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Android开发经验，有AI相关应用或出海产品开发经验者优先；
2. 精通Java/Kotlin语言，深入理解Android框架原理，熟练掌握Jetpack组件、MVVM架构及性能优化技巧（内存、卡顿、功耗等）；
3. 具备AI模型移动端集成经验，熟悉TensorFlow Lite、PyTorch Mobile等框架，或有大模型端侧部署经验者优先；
4. 熟悉海外主流Android生态（如Google Play服务、Firebase等），了解海外市场合规要求（如GDPR），有国际化项目经验；
5. 具备良好的英文读写能力，能熟练阅读技术文档，有跨文化团队协作经验者优先；
6. 逻辑清晰，具备独立解决问题的能力，对用户体验敏感，有强烈的责任心与自驱力；

加分项：有计算机视觉、语音识别等AI领域开发经验，或主导过千万级用户量级App的架构设计。
