职责描述：
1.负责大客户外包项目的整体交付管理，包括人力外包需求获取、画像澄清、跟踪，与外包相关的绩效管理；
2.组建并管理项目团队，合理分配资源，优化工作流程，提高团队工作效率；
3.与客户保持良好沟通和粘性，准确理解客户需求，并转化为具体的项目执行计划；
4.负责客户外包项目的现场服务管理，及时对接客户需求，为客户和外包员工提供现场服务支持；
5.监控项目进度，识别并处理项目风险，确保项目顺利进行；
6.完成公司对项目规模增长及利润优化的目标。
7.定期组织项目复盘，总结经验教训，持续改进项目管理流程。
任职资格：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，学信网可查，理工科专业优先；
2. 具有Java/大数据等至少一种开发背景，有3年以上的软件开发经验；具备一定的需求分析与方案设计能力；
3. 有大客户外包服务行业3年以上从业经验，能适应快节奏的工作环境；
4. 熟悉外包项目管理流程，具备50人以上外包团队管理经验尤佳；
5. 具备良好的项目管理能力和优秀的沟通协调能力；
6. 具备较强的风险识别与应对能力，能够灵活处理项目过程中的各种突发情况；
7. 拥有经营意识，能够合理管控收入，成本，利润。
