1. 负责Host端Linux/FreeRTOS/Zephyr系统上的 WiFi驱动开发和维护；
2. WiFi芯片MAC协议栈的开发和维护；
3. 负责FPGA平台和Post-silicon平台Wi-Fi功能验证。
任职资格：
1. 通信、电子信息、射频微波技术、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 精通C语言编程，掌握常用数据结构和算法。掌握嵌入式开发工具，能独立完成软件代码的编写和调试；
3. 3年以上WiFi host driver开发和调试经验；
4. 熟悉WiFi相关协议标准和性能指标（802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax等）；
5. 主导Wi-Fi产品的无线性能调优（如吞吐量、时延）;
6. 熟悉TCP/IP协议，熟练使用Wireshark、Tcpdump、Omnipeek等抓包和分析工具，能有效分析和解决无线网络问题;
7. 熟练使用CMW500、LitePoint和频谱仪等相关测试仪器者优先；
8. 有WiFi射频校准调优经验者优先，有量产经验者优先；
9. 有实际参与Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) 认证测试经验者优先；
10. 有RF Calibration经验者优先；
11. 熟练阅读英文技术文档；
12. 自我驱动，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
