职责范围
1. Responsible fthe formulation, modification supervision of the execution of IP development programs, including analog IP, DDR, USB, MIPI, Serdes other Mix-signal IP, etc.;
2. Responsible fdeveloping, managing optimizing IP development system management process, establishing IP development management process;
3. Pre-sales post-sales technical support fcustomer projects IP;
4. Responsible fIP development customer project management, coordinating the work of all relevant departments, providing resource assistance coordination, advancing the project progress on time;
5. Responsible fcost accounting monitoring during the IP project development process;
6. Responsible foverseeing the issue list of IP project development phase, issue tracking closing the case on time;
7. Responsible fthe documentation integrity during IP project development progression review of the project by phase;
8. Lead, mentor, develop engineering group task owner to complete relevant work on time submit relevant data reports.
职位要求
1.EE Bacheldegree, Master degree preferred;
2.10 more years experience;
3. Bacheldegree above, 3 years of experience in High-speed Interface IP IC design is a plus;
4. Be familiar with relevant semiconductprocess technologies, have a high sense of responsibility fthe project actively handle project related matters, be able to coordinate handle objectively positively in the face of problems unforeseen situations;
5. Good communication skills, execution planning ability;
6. Program management experience preferred;
7. Proficiency in using common Excel functions, Word other office software.
8. Familiarity with applicable industry safety standards is a plus, such as MIL-STD-882, ISO 26262, ISO 21448 PAS, etc.
