岗位职责：
1.能够使用unity3D制作设计项目内角色、怪物的技能，特效等效果，设计游戏内UI上各种效果和表现；
2.在组长的带领下完成游戏内特效的设计和制作，并根据项目的反馈对设计进行设计和调优。

任职资格：
1.3年以上的游戏行业特效设计制作经验，熟悉手机游戏的开发流程；
2.美术功底扎实，造型色彩良好，熟悉游戏制作流程，能够为项目各个美术环节制作特效，了解大部分常用插件和材质编辑器的使用方法；
3.熟练掌握unity3D的特效模块，熟练制作unity3D的2D、3D特效以及特效贴图绘制，有较强的设计感，对3Dmax，PS，AE等辅助特效软件可以熟练使用。
4.热爱游戏事业，良好的沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，能适应工作压力，良好的团队合作精神；
5.有较强的责任心和抗压能力，工作投入度高，配合团队完成目标。
