岗位职责：
1.按照国家会计制度的规定审核、监督公司日常账务处理及财务活动，确保真实、准确、及时；
2.在公司运营初期，兼任会计核算岗，记帐、复帐、报帐做到手续完备，数字准确，帐目清楚，按期报帐；
3.负责编制公司各类管理财务报表及说明
4.组织公司月度、季度报表的编制与财务分析工作
5.根据管理需要，设计各类财务分析模板
6.编制年终决算报表，配合会计师事务所完成年终审计工作，配合税务师事务所完成年终税审工作；
7.按照经济核算原则，定期检查，分析公司财务、成本和利润的执行情况，挖掘增收节支潜力，考核资金使用效果；
8.配合其他部门，提供所需要的财务分析数据
9.完成总经理或财务总监交付的其他工作。
职位要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历；
2.经济管理类专业；
3.5－8年企业财务工作经验，或会计师事务所工作经验；
4.3年企业财务管理经验；
5.熟悉USGAAP优先；
6.CPA优先。
