岗位职责
1.智能售后算法开发与优化：参与核心算法开发，例如知识图谱、GraphRAG 等。
2.多模态与大模型集成：参与多模态（文本/语音/图片）理解算法设计与优化，配合 RAG/知识检索系统构建。
3.算法工程化与落地部署：将算法转化为可调用服务接口，推动模型在业务系统中的落地应用。
4.性能与可靠性保障：优化模型推理与算法性能；协助建立算法服务的稳定性指标（QPS、延迟、准确率）监控体系。
5.研发工具链建设支持：支持 CI/CD 流程自动化接入、版本管理、A/B 或灰度实验等能力建设。
6.持续学习与技术创新：跟踪 RAG、Agent 轨迹优化、LLM 领域前沿技术，推动模型效果与系统性能持续改进。

任职要求

基本条件：
●本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、自动化等相关专业；
●扎实编程基础，熟练使用 Python，具备 Go/JavaScript/TS/C++ 任一语言经验者优先；
●熟悉深度学习框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow）及常用 NLP 模型（如 BERT/GPT/Transformer）；
●具备算法实现与推理工程化经验，能够完成端到端模型调用到接口输出；
●熟悉 Linux 环境下开发与调试流程，具备良好的文档编写与工程协作能力。

加分项：

●掌握 RAG、Agent、知识图谱、NER、实体链接、语义检索等算法模块；
●熟悉大模型 API、LLM 自定义微调、Embedding 服务集成经验；
●有 Kubernetes 或 Docker 部署经验，熟练使用 CI/CD 工具链者优先；
●在 AI 相关技术会议、社区发表过论文或深度技术文章者优先考虑。
