广西玉柴新能源汽车有限公司成立于2017年，注册资金4.75亿元，属玉柴集团控股子公司，是玉柴转型升级的重要产业板块。 公司位于广西先进装备制造城（玉林），总投资13.8亿元，占地面积525亩，总建筑面积约7.6万平方米，现有人员120多人，其中产品研发人员40多人，设有技术中心、制造部、质量部、营销公司等8个职能部门，建设有冲压、焊装、涂装、总装四大工艺厂房及设备设施、检测、公用动力等辅助设施。 公司现已逐步发展成为年产2万辆纯电动商用车及零部件的研发、制造、销售和服务为一体的综合性新能源汽车生产基地。
