It is a holding subsidiary of Guangzhou Development District Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Development District Financial Holding'), which is under the Administrative Committee of Guangzhou Development District. With a registered capital of RMB 27,635,237, the company holds a first-class property management qualification issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and has passed the 'three-standard integration' certification of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. It is a council member of Guangdong Property Management Industry Association, a vice president unit of Guangzhou Property Management Industry Association, and an executive vice president unit of Huangpu District Property Management Industry Association in Guangzhou.
